I honestly can’t recommend Invicta enough.

Before I started, I felt really intimidated, and I know a lot of people feel the same way about CrossFit. As a 47-year-old overweight woman who lacked motivation and confidence, walking through those doors was a huge step for me.

But from day one, the coaches, Emma, Bea and Mike, have been exceptional. So knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging, no matter your fitness level. There’s absolutely no judgement, just genuine support and motivation.

What I love most is how structured and carefully planned everything is. Each day has a different focus, so every session feels purposeful, varied and achievable.

Most importantly, I’ve felt completely welcome from the start. The atmosphere, the people, the encouragement, it’s genuinely changed everything for me, both physically and mentally.

If you’ve been thinking about trying CrossFit but feel nervous or unsure, this is your sign to give it a go. You do not need to be fit to start, you just need to start.

I’ve been to many different Pilates classes over the years, but Move with Georgie classes really stand out from the rest. Georgie is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and makes everyone feel so welcome from the moment you walk in.

The classes are super friendly, suitable for all levels, and honestly worth every penny. You can really tell how passionate Georgie is about helping people feel stronger and healthier.

It’s so important to support local businesses, especially ones that genuinely care about their clients and I couldn’t recommend these Pilates classes more highly 💛
