It's important to smile in this pose!😂

This is Garland pose (Malasana) or squat.

Have bricks ready behind the ankles, ready to rest the heels on to the bricks, which helps to lengthen the ankles and allow your hips to drop further.

See if the chest will lift up! And enjoy!

Great for all parts of the body, especially the hips.
