Get some tea towels wet. Wring them out, then put in a bag in the fridge. These will be handy to help cool you down when placed on your neck. Or if you get very sweaty for mopping that up. 🥵🥵🥵🥵 take care in the heat. Drink LOADS of water.🌞🌞🌞😇🪽😇🪽😇

Everything is screaming at me today to STOP!! So that's what I am going to do. Just do absolutely nothing. And I'm OK with that. I've been for a little walk in the sunshine. Grabbed some lunch, got some washing in the machine. And that's it. 🤣😂🤣
It will be a productive day of letting go, releasing and anchoring in what needs to be so.
Will also be doing some self healing later too. 😇😇🪽🪽
So if you are having a day that is calling for you to do so, please do. Arrange for someone else to take over if you had something to do. Otherwise just re-arrange. Unless it's medically important for you, cancel everything. And let your central nervous system have a rest. Give your brain a rest too, it works so hard, so allow it to rest.
Tomorrow your body and brain will of "rebooted" (was the word given to me) and there will be more energy and more clarity.
Take things easy today if you are struggling
It's OK. Honestly.

Other people are only ever a mirror reflection of our deepest insecurities, self sabotage, lack of self love and self care. Once we begin to accept, and not hide from these shadow aspects of ourselves, no one can harm us, p**s us off, upset us or make us feel anything other than joy, peace and calm and love.
It is a work in progress and we will ALL have those unsettled days where we feel vulnerable, upset or uncertain. That's OK. That's when we learn our most important aspects to rebalance and care for ourselves.
Angel and galactic love and support is available. Just ask. They send us so many blessings.

There is a myth on being spiritual or self development work that you aren't supposed to be angry.
Well guess what you absolutely are allowed to be angry. It is a very valid emotional response to.something upsetting.
You are allowed to vent. Getting it out for a few minutes or short bursts is healthy as long as you are not directing that anger to hurt, torment or control someone else.
You can express it vocally - and yes that does include swearing if you need to. Or you can write it down. (And then burn it)
Or talk to someone who is OK with you venting for a short time. Speak it and as you speak it listen to it. It will help give you ideas for solutions and provid clarity.
Anger isn't supposed to stay with you for long periods of time. You can use it as a powerful motivator too. Just focus on the intention of what needs to be done and do as much as you can. No rush.
After you can spend some time in this lovely field of bright yellow buttercups and lush green grass, beautiful blue sky and fluffy white clouds. Breathe. And relax. 😍🥰😍🥰

You can often feel "lost" right before a big leap forward happens.
This is because you have released several blocks, self restrictions, habits and behaviours, beliefs that were holding you back. Your body senses this release and is preparing your systems for the new that is coming in. It will be higher in frequency, which is why your body needs to be prepared for it. Grounding is imperative. When the new lands for you. Don't rush out and suddenly move forward at warp speed. You will exhaust yourself, using too much energy too quickly. You may end up burning out before you can truely enjoy the new.
Allow the new to settle in your body. Accept it, and allow it to embody you. This may take a few days, or a few weeks. Celebrate it. Show gratitude for it. You have worked bloody hard for it and deserve to make the most of it and enjoy it fully. Rest, drink plenty of water, write down any insights/visions you get. These will come in handy later.
Enjoy and embrace what is coming for you. Try not to judge the lost feeling, this will pass. Patience and self love is needed. 😍🥰😍🥰❤️✨️🌟⭐️💫✨️🌟⭐️💫

In the angelic realm there is NO hierarchy. No one angel is above or below any other angel.
The arch angels are only named as such because we are humans and do not yet understand (some do) that there is no hierarchy. As humans we need that structure. However the angels do not.
Yes there are some angels that are closer to source (or God if you prefer) but that does not make them better or more powerful than any other angel. They embody the "we are one" and they act and behave as such.

Did you know that any angel can do any request, offer any help or assistance when needed, regardless if it is their "assisgned" (by humans) role.

Did you also know that angels are multidimensional and multiuniversal beings? There are also galactic angels too. This means that when you call for help, no matter what it is, they can be with you instantly. They can also be with someone else(or many other people), half way across the planet, or even in a different universe to you. This means that you are never interrupting, disturbing or taking them away from other people needing their help. They can be in more than one place at a time. 😍🥰

So if you need help and guidance or support and healing, do call on them. Sit down for a moment and take a breath. Slow and steady in through the nose and then gently out your open mouth. Do this a couple of times if needed. Then just ask. "Please angels I need some help." Then you can specify what it is you need help with. Whether it's healing, guidance, or something else. Be clear to be open to suggestions that you may not of thought of. Look out for any signs that may pop up randomly... you may of asked for healing and out of the blue see and advert for a support group or information about what you need. It can take a little while. Sometimes a hour sometimes a day. They haven't forgotten you. They sometimes need to wait for the right thing to come along so they can send it to you. Other times it can be instant. So just ask. They want to help and guide you. You also don't have to thank them, or promise to do something for someone if they help. But a thank you is always appreciated. 🪽🪽🪽😇😇😇🪽🪽🪽
