Stitches taken out today by my fab surgeon Mr Simon Clint at the Nuffield, Cheltenham. Highly recommend.
A clean bill of health & get back to it - taking it steadily for next few weeks! 😬 so bear with me please 😊
I’d managed to split the tendon underneath - which he’s stitched back together.. that’s why the ganglion was there - something he’s not seen before - atypical me! 🙄😬
Gary the ganglion be gone!! & fingers crossed not return! 😀

I have now finished for Christmas, taking an extended break recovering from successful foot surgery, that was performed yesterday.

🎄CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS 🎄
I am finishing work early this Christmas on Monday 15th December 2025 due to planned foot surgery on 16th to remove a large ganglion.
I will endeavour to see as many people as possible by opening extra time slots but will be severely limiting my new patient numbers for the rest of the year.
I’m hoping to return, if all goes well, on Friday 2nd January.
Please book in early for routine wellness care appointments on 01386 725461.

Please, please if you can’t make your appointment, for any reason, let me know asap. In the past 2 weeks 5 appointments have been missed.
I have 3 people, on average, every week waiting to see me. It’s just unfair to me & those who could benefit.
A £25 charge will be levied for every missed session, without 24 hrs notice & only not charged at my discretion.
