What if the reason you haven’t had a sign… isn’t what you think?

One of the most painful things I hear after someone loses a loved one is:

“Everyone else seems to get signs. Why don’t I?”

And underneath that question is often something even more painful…

“Have they forgotten me?”

After more than 26 years of working with Spirit, there is something I really want you to know.

Please don’t measure the love between you and someone who has passed by whether you’ve experienced a sign.

Some people experience something almost immediately.

A dream.

A song.

A familiar scent.

A feeling.

A name appearing somewhere unexpected.

And sometimes something happens that is so incredibly specific that you simply know it meant something to you.

But for others…

nothing obvious happens.

And that can hurt.

It can make you question everything.

But it doesn’t mean you’ve been forgotten.

Sometimes we’re looking for something dramatic when connection can be incredibly subtle.

You hear their favourite song at exactly the right moment.

You suddenly think about them after years of not thinking about a particular memory.

You wake from a dream and the feeling stays with you long after you’ve opened your eyes.

You smell something that instantly takes you back to them.

Or you’re having an awful day…

…and suddenly, for no obvious reason…

you feel okay.

Just for a moment.

Could that be them?

I don’t think we should put a deadline on Spirit.

And I don’t think your loved one needs to constantly prove that they’re still with you.

Sometimes connection isn’t loud.

Sometimes it’s a whisper.

And sometimes…

we only recognise it when we stop looking so hard.

So I want to ask you something.

❤️ It’s 5.32am and I’ve been up since 4.44am thinking about something…

For a while now, I’ve been considering creating something a little different for those who are serious about developing their mediumship.

A 12-month online Mediumship Mentorship.

Not another weekly development circle.

Not just a series of workshops.

A small group, working together over the course of a year, with my guidance, teaching, practical development and personal feedback along the way.

The idea is to create something more personal, more focused and much deeper than what I can offer in a standard development session.

I’d keep the group intentionally small so that everyone gets the opportunity to be seen, supported and challenged in their development.

And because it would be online, you could join from anywhere in the UK - or beyond. 🌎

Sat chilling after tonight’s Soul Alignment Academy session, which took a slightly different direction to what I’d originally planned - and that’s one of the things I love about our development circles. 🌿

I’d planned for us to work with impressions, continuing from Monday’s session.

But when I realised that the members attending tonight had also been part of Monday’s circle, I decided to give them the opportunity to choose what they wanted to work on instead.

And we ended up with two completely different areas of development.

🌈 One member wanted to explore the chakras because she doesn’t currently see the colours or experience them in the way she expected.

So we slowed it down and explored how she could begin developing her own awareness of the chakras - without putting pressure on herself to see something.

🔮 Another member wanted to work on describing a communicator.

So we explored that too, focusing on how to build and communicate the information they’re receiving rather than worrying about getting everything “right”.

Two members.

Two completely different things they wanted to develop.

And that’s exactly why I don’t always want our development circles to be rigidly structured around one lesson.

Yes, we need structure.

Yes, we need to practise.

But we also need space to explore the areas we personally find challenging or want to understand more deeply.

Tonight was a lovely reminder that development isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey.

Sometimes you need to follow the plan.

And sometimes…

you need to follow the people in the room. 💚

That’s what we did tonight.

Another evening of exploring, practising and developing together inside The Soul Alignment Academy.
