‘We will practice a sequence of restorative yoga postures followed by a guided yoga Nidra session, with a break for tea and cake and an opportunity to walk in the beautiful garden’

Last couple of weeks of yoga classes before a Christmas break. Last classes of the year are on:

Monday 9th December, 6-7pm Vinyasa
Thursday 12th December, 7:30-8:30pm Hatha

Classes resuming from the 6th January 2025 at Thursley Village Hall and running up until Easter weekend.

Yoga is back on at Thursley Village Hall tonight 🧘🏼

Vinyasa on Mondays is currently running from 6-7pm until further notice.
Hatha on Thursdays is running from 7:30-8:30pm.

£10 for a single class, £45 for 5 classes upfront.
All you need is a mat!
