Thick callus skin ❗️

Gently pared down the callus with a scalpel, layer by layer, and checking and cleaning regularly 🫧 Pressure and rubbing relieved! ✅

🚨 Corns

Corns are small, hardened, and often painful plug of skin caused by chronic pressure or friction, usually from ill-fitting shoes, bone deformities, or high-pressure activities. Treatment involves reducing friction, soaking feet, and booking in with .foothealth

👋 Corns!

What is your favourite treatment to do?

I do love removing a good corn!
I enjoying doing PNR (partial nail removal) of a fungal nail.
Or maybe using my drill to remove callus skin.

💫 a good before and after is what I aim for!

Patients always say ‘I’m walking on clouds, they feel so much better’

That’s my favourite.

I don’t ’know know’ that having smooth heels makes for a better day, but I know 😉

Ever been in a queue and noticed someone in front of you with dry cracked heels in sandals?
