Yeehaw! 🤠 What a fantastic afternoon we had at our Cowboy-Themed Garden Party! 🌵☀️

Our amazing carers pulled out all the stops to create a truly memorable day for our residents. From hilarious stocks to water guns that had residents soaking the staff with laughter, there was fun around every corner!

To top it all off, the team even created and performed their very own cowboy dance, which had everyone smiling, clapping, and joining in the Wild West spirit! 🕺🎶

It was a wonderful day full of laughter, teamwork, and making special memories together. A huge well done to our brilliant staff for going above and beyond to bring so much joy to our residents ❤️

Yeehaw! 🤠

We’ve been getting into the spirit of our cowboy-themed party here on Haven! Yesterday, our residents rolled up their sleeves and got busy baking some delicious biscuits ready for the celebrations this afternoon 🍪

There was lots of laughter, plenty of fun… and a little bit of mess along the way (the staff may have enjoyed it just as much! 😄)

We can’t wait for the party later – it’s safe to say everyone is well and truly in the Wild West mood!💜

We had a wonderful time celebrating Yorkshire Day here at the home! 🇬🇧

Our residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon filled with arts and crafts, plenty of Yorkshire tea, and of course some delicious cakes 🍰☕

A special mention to our new Activities Lead, who only started with us on Monday and has already made such a fantastic impression by organising her very first event. What a brilliant way to kick things off!💜

We love celebrating the amazing talents and dedication of the residents✨

One of our wonderful gentlemen has taken on a fantastic project to restore some of our outdoor furniture, and what and incredible job he’s done! With lots of care and attention, he has carefully sanded and repainted the benches, bringing them back to life ready to be used and enjoyed in the sun☀️

It’s been so lovely to see his hard work and pride in the project, and it’s made such a difference to our outdoor space💜

Our Gardening Club is officially back up and running! 🌱🌼

We’ve been making the most of the lovely weather and have already made a great start on refreshing our garden planters. Residents have been busy getting their hands dirty, planting, tidying, and bringing new life and colour back into our outdoor space.

Gardening is such a wonderful activity for wellbeing, and it’s been lovely to see everyone enjoying being outside, sharing memories, and working together.

We can’t wait to watch everything grow over the coming weeks 🌸

Yesterday we made the most of the sunshine with a lovely garden BBQ as we said a heartfelt goodbye to Pat on her last day with us💜

It was a truly special afternoon filled with laughter, good food, and wonderful memories shared by residents, staff, and loved ones. Pat has been such a valued part of our home, and she will be greatly missed by everyone.

We wish you all the very best for the future, Pat – thank you for everything you’ve brought to our home. You’ll always be part of our family 💐

What a wonderful couple of afternoons we’ve had🎤✨
We have had the wonderful Lee Lambert perform over the home a few times in the last couple of weeks and it is safe to say there were smiles all around. From toe-tapping classics to heartfelt sing-along, the rooms were filled with music, laughter and plenty of happy memories.

It’s moments like these that brighten the day and bring everyone together. A big thank you to Lee and we can’t wait to welcome you back!💜
