An unbelievable effort from Ricky today. 💪🥊
1001 burpees in under 3 hours, all to raise money for Goole Amateur Boxing Club — proper grit, determination, and community spirit.

Straight after finishing, Ricky came over for a recovery session on us at Equilibrium. A well-earned ice bath and sauna after pushing himself to the limit. 🔥❄️
