Are you due your baby before the end of September? If so we have an antenatal session for you! Our session on 22nd August 10:15am-12:15pm at Penicuik library is suitable for anyone 34 weeks or over.

Our sessions cover breastfeeding and bonding with your baby as well as being a good chance to ask questions you have!

This session is already looking busy with only a few spaces left so if you are thinking of coming along then please reserve your spot soon.

Here is some feedback we've had about the sessions:

'The session was interactive and relaxed- a good mix of theory and practical elements'
'It was good to find out what things mean eg cluster feeding, and whats normal and what to look out for.'
'Practicing different positions and learning how to get a good latch have helped me feel more confident.'
