Over 21 years of outdoor classes… and we’re still going strong though! 🙌💚

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training so many incredible people. Some have been here from the very beginning, some stayed for a season before moving on to new adventures, and others are only just starting their journey.

Every single one of you has been part of what has made these classes so special.

We’ve trained through sunshine, rain, wind, questionable summer evenings, frozen fingers, muddy trainers, and the occasional “Are we really doing this?” look. 👀

Yet week after week, you all turn up with smiles, determination, and plenty of banter.

To everyone who has ever joined my outdoor classes over the last 21 years... thank you. 🙏

Whether you’re still with us or cheering us on from elsewhere, you’ve all left your mark, and I’m genuinely grateful to have shared part of your fitness journey.

Here’s to many more laughs, more burpees (sorry 😅), more fresh air, and many more years of proving that the best gym has always been outside.
