We lovingly invite you to join us to celebrate the upcoming Leo new moon total solar eclipse in our next new moon women’s circle on Friday 14th August.

Within this sacred space space, we will tune into the powerful heart centred Leo energies of courage, creativity and sovereignty.

New moons hold the energy of new beginnings and are a potent time to set our intentions for what we would like to create, nurture, grow, and manifest in the month ahead.

A total solar eclipse is a supercharged new moon which acts as a powerful cosmic reset, often bringing sudden new beginnings, unexpected opportunities, fated turning points, and deep transformations in our lives.

- Guided meditation and lunar energy activation
- Restorative / yin yoga with thai yoga massage

We are so excited to share our next Plant Medicine Mini Retreat on Sunday 2nd August from 9am -1pm at the beautiful Let’s Retreat Yurts in Angmering.

We invite you to join us in circle to honour the seasons and cycles of nature and to connect with, attune to and come into resonance with the plants that will guide us through this season.

Summer embodies the energy of abundance, with nature in her fullest expression of beauty, fertility and radiance.

Summer is also the peak expression of the divine feminine, a sacred energy that exists within all of us, that is woven into the wisdom of our bodies, the tides of our emotions and the seasons and cycles of nature.

The plants of this season offer gentle medicine for the divine feminine within and open us to experience the infinite abundance of life.

The circle will include:

🌿 A Guided Foraging Walk - An easy walk around the yurt’s surrounding land to forage, connect with and learn how the seasonal plants can naturally support us.

🌿 A Herbal Tea Ceremony where we will connect deeply with the energy of our seasonal plants and drink in their wild medicine.

🌿 A Somatic Movement Practice will allow us to deepen our mind body connection to nature’s rhythms and embody the energy of the season.

🌿 A Guided Plant Medicine Meditation and Energy Activation to journey with the plants of the season and attune to their energetic nature.

🌿 A shared creative activity where together we will make teas, balms and other plant magic from our foraged plants, to honour the season we are in.

Happy Summer Solstice beautiful souls!

At this powerful threshold into the second half of the year, the sun reaches its peak and for a few days appears to stand still in the sky.

We are invited to stand still for a moment too, to pause, to reflect, receive, release, realign, celebrate and renew.

This is a beautiful time to honour and celebrate all the blessings in our lives and to reconnect with our intentions so that we can move into the second half of the year in a way that is guided by our heart and fully aligned with what we want to create.
