In just one year, we’ve even opened our second clinic in Caister — which still feels a bit surreal!

I’m rather cynical about going outside the realms of my G P surgery to find an urgent solution, regarding health. However, on this occasion , needs must, due to surgery pressures. I must say, Liz was a treasure to find, professional in every way and genuine. My daughter has suffered for years with her ears and recently has been finding it so difficult to hear. Liz was amazing with her and after 2 visits she has her hearing back and it's changed her life. I would 100% recommend. Due to my psoriasis I have to have my ears cleaned out regularly so I went to see liz to get it done and wow I was amazed with the service. She was very reassuring and kind. If you need to get your ears cleaned this is the place to get them cleaned

I was a little apprehensive about getting my ears cleaned but after other family members said they had an easy painless experience and Liz uses suction rather than irrigation, I took the plunge - and I’m glad I did!! My hearing is now much clearer and I didn’t realise how loud my TV was. 10/10

After my partner went for a routine MRI scan, her ears became blocked due to having ear buds inserted. She could hardly hear only speaking loudly in front of her just about getting through. After contacting Liz on Friday she organised to visit my partner Saturday morning to try and assist.

Why Ear Health Matters Even More During Summer

Summer means sunshine, swimming, holidays, and more time outdoors—but it can also bring extra challenges for your ears. Increased sweating, seasonal allergies, and frequent swimming can all contribute to ear wax build-up and blocked ears.

Sweating and Heat:
Hot weather increases sweating and humidity around the ears, creating a warm, moist environment that can soften ear wax and cause it to move deeper into the ear canal. This may lead to blocked ears, reduced hearing, discomfort, or a feeling of fullness.

Swimming and Water Exposure:
Swimming is one of the biggest causes of summer ear problems. Water trapped in the ear canal can mix with ear wax, causing it to swell and increase the risk of blockage. Moisture can also encourage bacterial growth, leading to swimmer's ear (otitis externa), a painful outer ear infection.
