When you get a message to say the kitchen has arrived but it's flat packed..... You've just come off lunch from work and know you have walls to sand and need to paint before the electrician turns up in the morning.... And now make up units...You manage to leave work early and now the race is on..... ⏳...can we do it?

Anyone remember those vile sour balls that make your teeth fur up and feel like you've given half your enamel up for the taste of a disgusting sweet. Well this was me trying one again today as I had fomo and thought I could handle sour...Note to self...I can not handle sour, not one bit .

Taking us back 3 weeks to Salou for our getaway after the wedding. We totally took over this sign for a bit whilst doing our poses and then Chris turned into pure photographer mode for other people that wanted their photo there too. Couples that wouldn't have got a picture together; he was full on directing them and seeing these what come across as shy individuals laughing and looking relaxed at their own off the cuff mini photo shoot was just as fun and heartwarming as doing our own. Knowing they got pictures they never would have if we weren't there in that moment. This is why I love who Chris is, he will take his time to make sure others have great memories too, regardless of it being our mini moon he was always there ready to offer "want me to take the picture" . Photos are important and at one time I'd be embarrassed of how many he stopped to take, now without those moments we wouldn't have so many memories to look back and smile upon. The feeling of watching your eldest daughter, your middle child, your free-spirited, carefree little girl grow into a beautiful, kind, strong, independent woman, surrounded by like-minded people, is something truly special.

We're always saying how proud we are, but watching her walk across that stage, giving her little "I did it!" wave, was a feeling beyond words. Your heart pounds, your throat tightens, and for once... you don't cry. Not because you don't want to, but because you're too afraid of missing even a second of that precious moment. Watery eyes just weren't an option.

Anyone who knows me knows I'm a huge crier, but on this day I somehow held it all in, soaking up every second of her beauty, her radiant smile, and the pure joy she felt celebrating everything she'd achieved.

And in true Mia style, she flew off to Croatia the very next day to live her best life at a festival. That's our girl—always embracing life, making memories, and writing her own story.

We couldn't be prouder. Congratulations, Mia-Jade Hickman Keep shining, keep dreaming, and never lose that beautiful spirit that makes you, you. ❤️
