As much as I want to see what maniacs turn up tomorrow I think it's best to cancel the Pilates class, tomorrow is meant to be the same as today.
Pilates will be back on next week!

Really pleased to announce I will be now be offering Private Steroid Injections as a treatment option for common MSK conditions.

As many of you know I also work in the NHS and have been injecting and prescribing as part of that role for many years.
