Nearing the end of my trip here in India 🇮🇳

Felt a bit like Julia Roberts in Eat Pray Love today 🤭

Second-to-last update from me, and a few reflections on how I’m planning to integrate everything I’ve learnt when I return home.

✨ Not letting other people’s projections of us pull us off-centre.

✨ Learning to rehearse what we do want in life, rather than constantly rehearsing what we don’t want.

✨ Remembering that we are the most important person in our own lives — and that taking care of ourselves isn’t selfish. Everyone benefits when we do.

And I can’t bloody wait to eat more than just vegetables and rice. As well as treating myself to a cheeky chai tea.

Over the last year and a half, I’ve also:

✨Opened a studio — a space that is ready to have love poured into it.

✨Been in a place of limbo, and then found my way into a new home.

✨Found a new norm and routine with my amazing son Jude, who is absolutely acing life.

✨Travelled to six countries.

✨Trained as a Funeral Celebrant.

✨Been on a plant medicine retreat.

✨Come to India for Panchakarma.

✨ Made new, amazing friends — a beautiful sisterhood of women navigating divorce.

✨Started singing lessons.

✨Got two cats.

✨Got three tattoos.

✨Witnessed my beautiful friends get married, and had the honour of writing and reading a poem for them on their special day.

✨Had the best time making memories with my dad (my best friend) in Turkey.

✨ Reconnected with people who mean the world to me.

✨ Started the process of having my new website designed — Lisa Craig Celebrancy.

✨Found the most beautiful retreat centre in Spain with Kerry.

✨Worked at Louise Courtney’s gorgeous Apothecary- Wildside Health

✨ Put the flat on the market.

So, although I’ve felt at times as though I’ve become stagnant, when I actually look at the last year and a half, I realise I haven’t been stagnant at all.

Life has been moving.

Even amongst the chaos, the depression, the uncertainty and all the moments when I felt completely broken, life has continued to unfold around me — and, in many ways, within me.

Everything is now there, ready for me to press the button on life again.

Through many days of self-reflection, of slowing down, of being nurtured from the inside out, I feel ready to step into the next chapter of my life.

I have been humbled. I have been awakened. I have discovered a deeper level of compassion — for myself, for others, and for the beautiful, messy, complicated experience of being human.

And perhaps most importantly, I have remembered what I love to do best: To support others through the crazy, beautiful journey that is life.

I’m not starting again.

I’m stepping forward with everything I’ve learned, everything I’ve experienced, and a much deeper understanding of who I am.

The pieces are all there.

It’s now up to me to press the button. ❤️

Update from India 🇮🇳

Thank you so much for all the love and kind messages I received after my last post. ❤️ I honestly didn’t share it for that reason — I just wanted to keep things real and share my experience as it is.

As you can see, what a difference just a few days of Panchakarma can make.

I’m simply sharing my experience so far, and I’m grateful to be able to document the journey along the way. 🙏✨

I made it. 🇮🇳

F**k me, I nearly didn’t though.

Had a panic attack at the airport.

As you can probably tell by my eyes, I’m absolutely knackered—mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Now it’s time to see what 12 days at the Rockholm Ayurvedic Centre in Kerala, India, can do.

Not sure why the quality is so poor 😏

When I first started sharing my healing journey through divorce, it was with my wellness community in mind. But I've realised that, for this season, I need to protect my energy rather than pour it outward.

So I've gone a little quiet. Not because I've stopped healing, but because I'm creating space to rebuild myself from the inside out.

I've realised that, instead of documenting every step publicly, I want to channel that energy into my own learning, healing, and quiet growth. Some chapters are meant to be lived before they're shared.

Watching Jude play the piano always warms my heart. Moments like these remind me why this journey matters so much. He deserves a mum who is healthy from the inside out—someone who can inspire him, guide him, and show him what it looks like to choose growth, resilience, and self-love.

This summer, I'm aligning with some beautiful opportunities, beginning with a trip to India to immerse myself in yoga and experience a Panchakarma cleanse.

My intention is to reconnect with myself, deepen my practice, and return with renewed clarity, inspiration, and purpose—for my classes, my community, my business, and most importantly, for the little boy who inspires me every single day.

Sometimes the most meaningful growth happens quietly, away from the spotlight. 🤍
