🤰 Your posture changes in pregnancy, and that’s completely normal.
As your baby grows, your body adapts. Your centre of gravity shifts, your pelvis and spine may change position, and your muscles have to work differently to support you.
But understanding why these changes happen can help you work with your body rather than constantly trying to “fix” your posture.
