Ooolala! I’ve been so excited to get this in the pipeline… Suliko Sounds presents : 🌿 SOUL MOVEMENT — An Ecstatic Dance Journey 🌿

Soul Movement is an evening of free-flow dance and sound healing — a space to reconnect with your body, let go, and simply move in whatever way feels good for you. No pressure to perform.

Just music, movement and space to be yourself. 🤎

We’ll move through a guided journey into free-flow dance, before coming back down into a grounding sound healing journey.

Come as you are. Move as you are.
Let your body lead. 🌿

📍 Swarthmoor Hall, Ulverston

Suliko Sounds is evolving 🌱

Over the last few months, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting. Somewhere along the way, I realised I’d drifted away from the reason I started this journey in the first place. I found myself doubting, comparing myself, and wondering if there was space for what I had to offer. I stepped back. I stopped creating. I stopped doing the very thing that made my heart come alive. But in that quiet space, something beautiful happened. The nudge returned … A little reminder, there’s only one me. One Suliko Sounds.

This was never about trying to be louder than anyone else. It was never about following trends or chasing more. It has always been about connection. Creating spaces where people can breathe, feel and simply be.

So Suliko Sounds is growing into something that feels even more authentic. The sound journeys will still be here… but so will movement, dance and community. I’m following what lights me up!

And I truly believe that when we create from a place of truth, the right people always find us. Big love to all you beauties 🧡
