One day courses are run on a regular basis to suit you! I prefer to teach the traditional way, hosting small classes of 2 to 3 people max. I also provide individual training at no extra cost. This helps the student to learn more in depth. Courses are thorough, yet relaxed. I have been a Usui Reikii Master Teacher Since 2005. Personal meditation sessions for beginners are available on a 1 to 1 basis, or with a friend. A session is calming, relaxing and best of all you can learn how to relax for future use at home .Everyone can benefit from meditation. Qualifications - Professional clinical hypnotherapist Dip. SHAMANIC REIKI
I have practised this therapy for many years, and was using aspects of it unknowingly as a child as I immersed myself in nature. Some people are afraid of the unknown, so here I will attempt to demystify any confusion so you can perhaps understand the benefits.

WHAT IS IT? IS IT SAFE? -
Yes very safe, it is simply an ancient therapy steeped in the tradition of Native American healing, blended with the purity of nature and Reiki energy.

WHAT CAN IT HELP? -
Emotional issues, physical pain, stress and anxiety.

HOW DOES IT DO THIS? -
By releasing energy blockages within the energetic and physical bodies, creating healing and harmony from within.

HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM A NORMAL REIKI TREATMENT? -
With traditional reiki the healing is transmitted through the practitioners hands, with shamanic reiki I also connect with, and use the energy of the indigenous medicine people. This connection awakens the healing energy of stones, herbs, sage, power animals, crystals, feathers and traditional music.

WHAT DOES A CLIENT DO DURING A TREATMENT? -
Nothing but relax and absorb the healing energies through the senses of touch, scents and sounds.

HOW DOES IT FEEL? -
Powerful, magical, nurturing, healing, transformative

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST? -
Around one hour.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU HAVE A TREATMENT? -
With reiki there is
no limit to how many times you can enjoy a treatment.
Shamanic reiki however is Powerful, an occasional treatment is all that is required.
