Hi my name is Michelle, I am qualified in Reflexology by VCTC level 3 and I'm a member of the Association of Reflexologists. AoR members are held to the highest standards, are insured and are required to continue their development. It is my goal to bring relaxation to my clients, through Reflexology, so they can take time out and recharge their batteries. It is a well known fact that lots of health issues stem from stress and a lack of self care, I'm hoping that in my small way I can help you to alleviate some of this by having an hour to yourself to relax. Brighton bound… and one final hurdle to go!

Tomorrow I'm heading to Brighton for a few days of final practice before my practical assessment next Wednesday.

Advanced anatomy and physiology at this level has been a BIG step up!

I've studied harder than I ever imagined I would, and there have definitely been moments when I've wondered whether I'd bitten off more than I could chew! 🤭

But… I passed the written exam! I'm really proud of this achievement. Now for the practical assessment.

I'm nervous and excited for this last push.
