Pilgrim Hospital in Boston is responding to a burst water main. They are working to reinstate water supply asap, Advice is for patients to continue to attend as usual unless contacted to rearrange.

‼️️Patient Information – NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP)

We are aware that several patients have recently received or accessed a template letter regarding the NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP) and have sent this to the practice.

Please be assured that we are already aware of the concerns being raised nationally. The GP Partners and Practice Management Team are working with our Local Medical Committee (LMC) and are in contact with our Integrated Care Board (ICB), following LMC guidance and monitoring any developments.

As many of the letters we have received are identical template requests, responding to each one individually takes significant administrative time away from providing care and supporting patients.

If there are any changes that directly affect our patients or the way we handle your information, we will communicate these through our usual channels.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure that our time is focused on delivering patient care while we continue to keep this matter under review.
