So for you Yoga fans come and enjoy next week what you know and love.

For those who found the Hypopressives in particular useful, keep a wee eye out for any Hypopressives classes and workshops coming soon ( and you're also of course welcome to keep coming to our Yoga or Pilates).

Adho Mukha Śvānāsana or Downward Facing Dog Posture. A Classic. The lovely thing about Yoga is that you don't need to make it fancy. Over time your body appreciates the familiarity of postures and you find the postures which make you feel at home in your own body. I come back time and time again to Yoga, especially for me the Ashtanga sequence for asana practice, and it is like visiting a good friend.

We are delighted to offer

✨Pilates (Apparatus and Mat) Classes at The Yoga Steading and Pilates Place, Cromdale, on Mondays and Thursdays at 10am and
✨Yoga Classes in Nethy Bridge Community Centre, on Fridays at 9.30am

Abby teaches Yoga, Pilates and Hypopressives and is a Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist. With our Yoga we generally just need our mat, but if you use any props, please do bring them along to class. In our Pilates classes we use mats, Reformers, Towers, Exo Chairs, small props such as magic circle and small balls. In Hypopressives we simply need a mat.

Yoga, Pilates and Hypopressives are all wonderful in different, complementary ways, for us. Simplistically Yoga for nervous system regulation through movement, breathwork and stillness and a better sense of wellbeing, Pilates for controlled movements to condition and stabilise, and Hypopressives to reorganise our bodies, changing pressure through breath and movement, to support our pelvic floors reflexively to help us move and live more comfortably and confidently.

Everyone is welcome to our classes. The booking link is below

Hey Folks
There are new dates up on the website for Pilates, Mondays and Thursdays - Cromdale, and I'll put new dates up for Yoga in Nethy Bridge, Fridays later today, leading up until Christmas.
I am also looking to run Hypopressives in Grantown on Spey on Mondays or Thursdays so I will keep you posted once I have this organised. You could DM me if you'd like to know more about the Hypopressives or register your interest.
Hope to see you soon.

Hi Folks.

I'm really enjoying teaching Yoga with a short Hypopressives workshop these coming Fridays, in NethyBridge.

Yoga has so many wonderful benefits that it is now often even suggested by GPs in this often stressed life.

Hypopressives is greatly needed and valued by many women and men who need a better way of supporting their body, through pelvic floor dysfunction, pudendal nerve entrapment, pelvic organ prolapse, back pain and much much more.

Learn a 23 breathing and posture flow over the next few so you have a foundational routine of Hypopressives you can do at home for the rest of your life. Seriously, don't wait for your symptoms to get worse. Hypopressives has helped many people and may well help you too.

Book your space and we will see you in Nethy Bridge Community Centre on Friday at 9.30am.
