We’re looking for two people to join our HR team at our corporate office in Grantown:

• HR Advisor – permanent
• HR Coordinator – 12-month maternity cover

We're incredibly proud to have become the first organisation to receive Highland Pride's Community Ally Award. 🌈💚

The award recognises our ongoing support for Highland Pride since 2023, as well as our commitment to promoting inclusion through Parklands Pride – a programme of live music and community events held in our care homes and community venues across the Highlands and Moray.

A fantastic achievement for everyone at Lynemore! 💚

We're delighted to have achieved our first-ever Very Good (Grade 5) rating for residents' wellbeing following an unannounced Care Inspectorate inspection. Inspectors praised the kindness and compassion of our team, our welcoming environment and the positive relationships we've built with residents and their families.

One resident told inspectors: "I can't speak too highly of the staff; there is nothing they wouldn't do for you."

A huge thank you to our amazing team for everything you do every day, and to our residents and their families for your continued trust and support.
