Peacefully at Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin on Saturday 15th August 2026, Nora Watt Robertson, aged 75 years, sadly passed away. Beloved Wife of Colin, a much loved Mum to Colin, Julie and her partner Davie. A devoted Granny to Anna and Leah. A dear Auntie and cherished friend to many, who will be sadly missed.

In strict accordance with Nora’s wishes, a private cremation will take place on Thursday 27th August 2026. Following the cremation, a funeral tea will be held at 2pm at The Whisky Capital Inn, Dufftown. Everyone who knew Nora is warmly invited to join the family for refreshments and to share memories of Nora. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, are for Friends of Dr Gray’s.

Peacefully on Saturday, 15 August 2026, at Lynemore Care Home, Grantown-on-Spey.
Hamish MacDonald, aged 96 years, formerly of Dalvey Farm, latterly of Failte, Cromdale. Dearly loved Husband of the late Dorothy (Dosh), much loved Father of Dorothy (Dodo) and James, respected Father-in-law to June and the late Neil Meldrum, an adored Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. A much-loved Uncle, a devoted man of the land, a kind and excellent neighbour, a highly regarded and respected member of the local farming community and the wider community of Cromdale. The funeral service will take place on Friday, 28th August 2026, within Cromdale Parish Church, commencing at 12 midday. Interment within Cromdale Churchyard. All family, friends and former neighbours are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please. However, donations in lieu of floral tributes are welcomed, with the chosen beneficiaries being Cromdale Hall and RSABI. Donations can be made as you retire from the church or forwarded directly to the undernoted.

Beloved Husband of the late Marion, adored Father of Eilidh and Donald, a much-loved Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Brother-in-Law and Uncle, a well-respected colleague, friend and neighbour. Duncan’s funeral service will take place at Inverness Crematorium, Kilvean Road, Inverness, IV3 8JN on Tuesday 18th August 2026, commencing at 11.00am. All family, friends and neighbours are respectfully invited to attend. It is with the greatest sadness that we announce the loss of our lovely Mum - Marjory McGregor aged 72 years of Tomintoul. Beloved wife of the late Duncan McGregor. Adored Mum to Joanne, Paul & Mark, treasured Mother in Law & Sister, and simply the best Granny to Michael, James, Hannah, Matthew, Joseph & Stuart.
She will be forever missed by us and so many others, who she showed such kindness to. Always such a fun loving lady who took such pleasure in looking after others with such humour and laughter.
Private funeral as per her wishes - with a celebration of her life to be held on 13th June in Tomintoul.
