Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.

Yes, it’s Bank Holiday Monday tomorrow… but let’s be honest — you still eat on a bank holiday.
The food doesn’t take the day off, so neither do we.
Group is OPEN as normal, same times, same place, same support waiting for you.

My Slimming World group just gets more amazing week on week.

Two weeks ago we found some keys outside. I knew what they were for and kept them safe whilst they were reported.

Then last week we found a full wallet, cash, cards, personal things. Through the power of Facebook the owner was found and was able to collect their lost property from me.

This week I am taking bets on what we might find ... guesses in the comments ... I'm going for abandoned baby in the bullrushes 🤣🤣🥰

What an amazing community my groups are ♥
