**“Am I doing this right?”**
It’s probably one of the most common questions I hear in yoga — and it got me thinking about how much more can be sitting underneath that simple question.
Because sometimes we’re not really asking about the pose.
We’re wondering:
*Am I flexible enough?*
*Am I keeping up?*
*Why does everyone else seem to find this easier?*
*Am I good enough?*
And if you’ve ever looked around a yoga class and wondered whether everyone else has somehow got the hang of it except you… this one is definitely for you
I’ve written my latest blog about why we so often feel the need to get yoga “right” — and what happens when we stop worrying about how the practice looks and start paying attention to how it feels.
I’ve called it **“Am I Doing Yoga Right - What Your Yoga Practice Is Really Asking of You”** and I’d love you to read it.

Maybe yoga isn’t asking you to perform the perfect pose after all.
Maybe it’s asking you to listen.
