The Hollies works under a philosophy of care that dictates that all residents shall live in a safe and comfortable environment, where they are treated with respect and equality, irrespective of their needs and backgrounds and in an environment of trust and familiarity. We believe it’s extremely important to promote independence and understand that all of our residents should be treated as individu

als so every person living with us has a plan of care designed around their requirements and preferences, granting them choice in all aspects of their daily routine. 🌸 What a wonderful day we had yesterday! 🌸

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped us make our Garden Party such a special and memorable occasion. It was lovely to see our residents enjoying themselves, spending time together, and making the most of the day. 💐☀️

A super big thank you to our amazing team who helped organise and run the event, and especially to those who worked throughout the day to make sure everything went smoothly. Your hard work, dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated! ❤️

We hope everyone had as much fun as we did — and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

Today’s the day! 🎉 The weather is looking great — not too hot, with a bit of shade to keep us comfortable. Come and join us from 3pm for a couple of hours of music, games, drinks and a BBQ. 🍔🎶☀️

We really are one big family here at The Hollies, and today was a truly special day.

As part of today’s activities, Bex (who was also celebrating her birthday) introduced our wonderful residents to her first grandson, Freddie. Along with Freddie’s mum, Zoe, they spent the day with us, giving everyone the chance to enjoy plenty of cuddles, smiles, and precious moments with our newest little visitor.

It was heartwarming to see the joy Freddie brought to everyone’s faces. The laughter, cooing, and love shared throughout the day reminded us just how special these intergenerational moments are.

A huge thank you to Zoe for spending the day with us and allowing our residents to meet the newest addition to our ever-growing Hollies family. 💙

The weather is looking amazing 🤩 for our garden party this weekend.

The party starts at 3pm, if you are yet to get a ticket please feel free to come along and find Lauren on the day.

We are still selling raffle tickets and have some amazing prizes this year so don’t miss out.

We hope to see as many as possible joining us for a couple of hours in the sun with some live music, bbq and much more!

This Saturday is our annual Hollies Garden Party 🎉 🥳

A few things to remember from the day

⏰ 3-7pm

🎵Dj from 3-4pm, live singer from 5pm 🎤 and DJ until close

🍔 Our BBQ will be running from 4pm

🍦 Ice Creams will be for sale throughout the day

🪑 Please bring a chair or picnic blanket with you, seating is limited and our residents need to take priority

🍺 A bar will be available selling alcoholic and soft drinks please don’t bring your own in

🎫 We have an amazing raffle this year, please remember to buy your tickets on the day the draw will be at 6pm

💰 The event will be mainly cash only, with the exception of the BBQ which will also take card payments, please make sure you bring lots of change

🤩 Tombolas, games and toys will all be available on the day starting from 3pm until we run out

We can’t wait to see as many of you there as possible ☀️
