🍳 A proper Scottish breakfast in Edinburgh!
If you’re in Edinburgh and looking for a breakfast that means business, Miro’s on the Prom in Portobello absolutely delivers. 😍
This beauty is the Porty Scran, a seriously generous Scottish breakfast loaded with bacon, sausage, black pudding, haggis, baked beans, chestnut mushrooms, roast tomato, porty scran and poached eggs, all served with sourdough bread.
Every bite was packed with flavour, hearty, comforting and exactly what you want when you’re exploring Scotland. The eggs were lovely, the sausages and bacon were spot on, and the haggis and black pudding brought that unmistakable Scottish flavour. Add the crispy porty scran and buttery sourdough and you’ve got one seriously satisfying plate. 🤤
And the portion? Absolutely massive! You definitely won’t leave hungry.
Miro’s on the Prom is a fantastic spot for a relaxed breakfast with a lovely Portobello setting, great food, generous portions and plenty of choice. Definitely one to add to your Edinburgh food list! ❤️
