Raising money for charity is a big part of my spiritual journey.

✨ Winter Solstice & Mediumship ✨
Tonight we stand at the still point of the year — the longest night and the quietest energy. The Winter Solstice invites us to slow down, turn inward, and listen beyond the noise of the world.
For those working with mediumship, this is a powerful moment. As darkness reaches its peak, the veil often feels thinner — not because spirits arrive, but because we soften. We become more receptive, more aware, more present.
This is a time to:
🕯️ Sit in stillness
🌑 Honour the ancestors and loved ones in spirit
🔥 Release what no longer serves
🌟 Set intentions for the returning light
Mediumship isn’t about forcing connection — it’s about creating space. And the Solstice teaches us that from darkness, clarity and light naturally emerge.

Had a lovely winter solstice walking through the woods, casting spells and harvesting things for future spiritual work. Then treated myself to a little visit to Braintree Shopping Village and a waggas before my last service of the year tonight at Braintree Christian Spiritualist Church!

A nice little Sunday walk- getting ready to return to work tomorrow while also leaving a little gift to nature! (Bird seeds and outs!)

Feels good to be out in the fresh air but definitely sense the changing weather!
