Another Saturday Session Complete 🤪

This week we focused on progression on squats, jumping jacks, sit ups and dumbbell deadlifts

The kids then worked their way through the gymnastics course and ended with some skill work on the rings

Baby-Parent class designed for 0-18months. Focusing on motor skills, coordination, cognitive development and parent-child bonding. A chance to give your baby the gift of movement and exploration, in a safe and nurturing environment.
