Your worth has never been determined by someone else's opinion of you. It's easy to get caught up chasing approval, comparing yourself to others, or wondering if you're enough, but real confidence comes from trusting yourself.

If you want to feel better about yourself, then why not contact me for a free phone consultation (it could make a big difference and there is no obligation to proceed).

Tel: 07503 504381 Email: [email protected] or DM me. Thanks. Peter

I often tell my clients, "I don't hypnotise you....I de-hypnotise you"!

You see, from the moment you're born you have been programmed, conditioned, hypnotised to think and behave in a way that others expect from you. It starts with your parents, friends, family, the education system, the workplace and society at large.

You're taught that happiness comes from external sources, acquiring money, status, the job, the way other see you in a postive light, the continual need to consume, to buy more stuff (you don't need), to have the perfect relationship/body, and on and on it goes! You end up constantly chasing for that elusive something and it never stops. It's the "I'll be happy when...." syndrome.
It just means that you are rarely present and truly at peace.

When I saw the light many years ago, I got out of the rat race. I stopped conforming to others expectations and realised that 'happiness' (which to my mind is simply contentment) is always an inside job first. Why not just stop, pause, breathe and relax. Just let go of all the racing thoughts (even temporarily). Live more in the 'now'. Try it, it's extremely liberating!

The male menopause?

Now I know what you’re thinking, male menopause….. Really?
Well, there is a condition known as “Andropause” which is associated with the decrease in the male hormone testosterone. Unlike the menopause , the decrease in hormones (testosterone) and the development of symptoms is more gradual than what occurs in women. Approximately 30% of men in their 50s will experience symptoms of andropause caused by low testosterone levels.

So gentlemen, if you’re experiencing symptoms shown in the picture, then perhaps this is something you’re going through (rather than the conventional view that it’s just a "midlife crisis"!) And, ladies, if you’re man is showing signs, then maybe cut him some slack!?

PS. Tip to keep testosterone level up - Excercise, do reistance training. Eat more protein. Avoid excess alcohol & stress. Improve sleep habits to release growth hormone.

Get in touch if you want to know more or would like some help with this.

Amazing to realise that the first 6 months of 2026 is already behind us!
By now, most New Year’s resolutions are a distant memory. Around this time many of us find ourselves:

- Still worrying all the time - Simply unable to switch off that voice in your head dictating every move you make!

- Eating less healthily – You always have good intentions… but always being pulled back to junk food

- Falling behind on our fitness plans – It starts well, but you lack the discipline to continue

- Slipping back into old bad habits

- Still in the job / relationship you no longer get any joy from

- Losing hope that this year will be much different than the previous one

If this sounds familiar, it's probably your own self-limiting beliefs holding you back – thinking that change is not possible for you? Actually, 2026 can still be a breakthrough year for you. But understand that the one big obstacle that's been pinning you down this year - that has sabotaged you in previous years - and that will continue to silently suppress your limitless potential, for as long as you don't address it, is your own limiting beliefs in each area of your life, and how they silently hold you back. Hypnotherapy can release your limiting beliefs, boost your confidence and let go of anything that’s holding you back.

So, whatever area of your life you feel stuck with, know you don’t have to be held back from your goals and fullest potential. I have some amazing techniques, using a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, energy psychology, and coaching to get great results. If you have any questions or would like to try, please contact me.

While most of us would agree that anxiety is not a very nice experience, did you know you can become addicted to it?

When you experince fear, worry and anxiety, our bodies release hormones such as adrenalin and cortisol and our experience of anxiety is emotionally and physically powerful.

- Cortisol is elevated and when worry, we get used to this elevated level. When it lowers, we can feel as if we’re in deficit.

- Adrenaline is stimulating and activating. When it's not there, we can feel flat.

- Dopamine is the reward chemical. We get a spike in preparing to solve a problem.

All of these chemical releases are powerful. And they can become addictive, so we can get caught in the anxiety loop, where one part of us wants to feel calmer, and more in control, another part of us, wants to stay anxious in order to feel the effects of these chemicals. It becomes habitual - There is a way out. If you want to build better habits, get in touch to learn more.
