2026 is your year to fall in love with Pilates!! My classes are fun, friendly, Physio-led and best of all anyone can do it!!

There are 6 classes to choose from and 3 different Pilates styles, from the traditional mat-based Pilates to aerobic ‘Active’ Pilates to more intensive HIIT Pilates! PLUS, as a physio you are in great hands to navigate the start of your pilates journey, return after a break from it or injury or to progress to higher levels!
