What does exceptional homecare actually look like?

For us, it's about much more than helping with everyday tasks. It's about getting to know someone, understanding what matters to them and helping them continue enjoying the things that make life their own.

And we've had some brilliant examples over the last month.
Our Clients and carers have enjoyed trips to Cineworld in Stevenage, lunch at Angelique's in Old Stevenage, walks around Benington and Little Easton, and a visit to The Kicking Dickey in Great Dunmow.

These might sound like simple things, but that's exactly the point. Needing some extra support shouldn't mean giving up the places, activities and experiences you enjoy.

🎉 Happy 1-year anniversary to the lovely Jess! 🎉

It’s been a whole year since Jess joined the Right at Home team, becoming one half of our amazing mother and daughter duo in Stevenage alongside Hilary!

Jess has been a fantastic addition to the team and we’re so pleased to have her with us.

We also had great fun filming with Jess and Hilary last week, and we can’t wait to share the results with you soon! 👀🎥

🎉 Happy 4-year anniversary to our wonderful Tanya! 🎉

Tanya has made such a huge impact over the past four years and is very firmly part of the Right at Home SSB family.

From finding and welcoming so many of the fantastic Carers and office team members who have joined our team, to looking after our finances and, more recently, stepping up into her role as Head of Operations, Tanya’s contribution is felt right across the service.

Her dedication to the team, brilliant organisational skills and commitment to Right at Home make her such an important part of what we do.

💚 £341 raised for Dementia Adventure! 💚

We’re delighted to share that our raffle at the Big Green BBQ at Meadowbrook raised a fantastic £341 for Dementia Adventure!

A huge thank you to everyone who bought tickets, donated prizes and helped make the day such a success. We had a brilliant time, and it’s wonderful to know that together we’ve raised such a great amount for a very worthwhile cause.

🎉 Happy 2-year anniversary Harry! Or should that be 7 years… with a little break in the middle?! 😄

Harry was one of the very first team members to join us back in 2019 and over the years he has made an immense contribution to Right at Home Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford and Braintree.

His dedicated and intelligent approach, combined with his brilliant personality and genuine talent for what he does, makes Harry a very special member of our team.
