My name is Alan Wilkinson, and my quest for great staff continues.
You don’t need formal care qualifications or prior experience. If you have everyday transferable life skills, we will support you with:
• Full training (with extra help if you struggle with classroom or online learning)
• Shadowing shifts alongside regular and senior staff
• Ongoing supervision and a genuinely caring atmosphere
Our service users are always out and about—socialising, visiting sports centres, shopping, and enjoying pub lunches.
Positions available now:
• ☀️ DAYS: Flexible full or part-time hours.
• 🌙 NIGHTS: Wake & Watch arrangements (no sleepovers).
• 🗓️ BANK STAFF: Casual shifts to cover holidays/sickness (requires the same rigorous training and induction as permanent staff).
