Can’t wait to officially add to services that Ribble Valley Reiki can offer.

While I already use many of the theories CBT is based upon in my work, it’s great to have a refresher and a set formula to work with.

Having a set formula allows both the therapist AND the client feel empowered in the work they’re doing together.

CBT is such an empowering therapeutic process. Change your thoughts to change your emotions/behaviour/physiology.

I am ofcourse still on maternity leave with my gorgeous boys - but, am determined to ensure you beautiful people can still utilise the healing services of RVR.

So... I am cracking open my KIT days!

Slots are filling up quickly so please get in touch ASAP to avoid disappointment.

For those who are struggling for these days - I will be releasing more dates in October, too, so don’t fret!

Of course all possible measures will be put in place to ensure both you and myself are protected with COVID-19 is concerned.
