BIG NEWS!!!

We have found ourselves a new home!!!!!!

Just 30 minutes into the beautiful Welsh countryside, with incredible views.

We are very excited for our fresh start but there is so much to do, to leave Lodge Farm as we found it, as well as the move itself and jobs needing doing that end, its a very daunting task ahead, so we will post these jobs and ways to help over the coming days as we call on our whole family of supporters to help pretty please. The plastic, lidded storage boxes are very much a good start please.

We will need approximately £15,000 to wind up here and prepare our new location for the animals to make the move as easy as possible for our residents. Every penny counts and will cover the cost of something needed.🙏

PLEASE SHARE - Peak Cluster are holding four “in-person” sessions for Wirral residents at the Floral Pavilion, New Brighton on Monday 20th April 2026.

The Peak Cluster Team will give a presentation and there will be an opportunity to ask questions. This is a free ticketed event.
The four sessions are at 11.30, 14.00, 16.30 and 19.00. The sessions last about 90 minutes.

THERE WILL BE A PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATION OUTSIDE THE FLORAL PAVILION starting at 17.30pm (for a 6pm protest ) going on until after the 3rd session has finished. We had a fantastic turn out outside Wallasey Town Hall in March and it had such a great impact. So its important that as many people as possible join us again outside the Floral Pavilion on the 20th April. Please bring you friends and family, bring your signs and banners.

Best behaved sticker goes to Dallas this morning for being the best girl having her teeth done by our dentist, the lovely Robin Harding .
The horses all react differently to having treatment, just like us !
Duncan was fairly good, Toby was stressy, Ellie not liking the experience, and willow requires a little calmer to settle her.
All in all a good morning , all got happy mouths now, sharp edges rasped ✔️ Thanks Robin 🐎 🫏 🐎 🐎 🐎

We took a little trip to Mud & Magic CIC at Goldstraw Farm to visit Murphy, he has settled in well, he is quite content in his new surroundings with new friends.
I know he will be living his best life .💙

Murphy has been having a couple of trailer loading sessions prior to him going to join with his new family at Goldstraw Farm tomorrow.
He was a super star at practice ,as always 🌟 .
Murphy is also going to be continuing his work providing a few pony parties and therapy sessions at his new home, do follow their page if you are interested in what plans lie ahead go to Mud & Magic CIC , Ness.
I know my little friend 🦄 will be loved and looked after.
I have known his new owner for many years now, her children came to ride with us here at Hooves For Healing, they have been visiting Murphy on Sundays for the past few months bonding with him and getting used to his ways, and visa versa.
Thank you Murphy for being as wonderful as you are, you deserve new little people to love and care for you , your stable will always be here for you ❤️

Hi everyone, little update, Hooves for Healing charity will be officially taken off the Gov.uk charity commission pages over the next couple of days.
Sadly our reason for closure was due to me having a heart attack, 5 days in Liverpool Heart and chest hospital and not feeling well enough to continue with the running of H for H.
I am in a better place now health wise and have been assisting with a couple of new Equine therapy centres starting up in Wirral.
We were forerunners in the provision of Equine assisted Learning , I have cherished memories of so many individuals, thank you.
Watch this space for new providers 🙂
