In this session, Suzanne, expert Senior Physiotherapist, will share gentle Pilates exercises designed to support lower body strength, improve mobility and promote better movement throughout daily life.

As part of Gastroparesis Awareness Month, Dr Arif Hussenbux, Consultant Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist, recently delivered a staff wellbeing session on “Gut Feelings: Gastroparesis, Bowel Health and Everyday Wellbeing.”

The session helped raise awareness of gastroparesis and wider digestive health, while sharing practical insight into symptoms, bowel health and everyday wellbeing. It was very well received by colleagues attending both in person and online.

We’re proud to work with specialists such as Dr Hussenbux, who are committed to supporting both patient care and greater awareness of digestive health.

The new Chesham United FC shirts have officially arrived, and we're delighted to see The Chiltern and Shelburne Hospitals logo proudly featured on the back as an official club sponsor for the season.

We were also honoured to welcome Alex Horne, comedian and long-standing member of the Chesham United board, who visited us to personally present the new shirts.

Supporting local sport and community initiatives is something we're passionate about, and we're excited to continue our partnership with Chesham United as they head into the new season.
