Pregnancy Massage 🤎

Such a joy to treat Mama and Baby, but important to ensure everything is done safely…

-Heat pad is always turned right down to keep mums body temperature safe.

-Mum will lay on left side for work on the back using a pillow between the legs and around the tummy for comfort.

-When working on the front, mum is inclined to prevent compressing major blood vessels. Pillows are placed behind the knees to raise legs and support lower back.

-Light pressure is used throughout focusing on soothing strokes and ultimate relaxation.

-Highly diluted lavender oil is used to fragrance the room safely, and reduce stress and anxiety.

-A LUSH massage bar is used over the body to add a luxurious touch but also deeply nourish the (stretching) skin with cocoa and shea butter.

Pregnancy massage is perfectly safe once into second trimester, and helps so many women both physically and mentally 🤎
