Here's an oracle card for you from the Inner Child pack by Amanda Lynn Aisling:

✨ Let it Come Forth ✨

Is there a repressed emotion you're holding onto deep within?

Is there an aspect of yourself that could be stopping you from moving forward?

Are you creating interactions with others that is hindering your growth?

Subconsciously we can hold these issues in our physical body and these can then fuel our behaviours and reactions to what is going on around us.

Try surrendering to what your physical body needs at the moment:

🌳 Take yourself outside and sing, scream or shout. Do what you feel is necessary to clear anything you're feeling; physically and emotionally.

💃 Dance, shimmy or move in whatever way feels best for you to release anything your holding onto.

🤜 Maybe punch a pillow and release that emotion you could be hanging onto.

Carry this exercise out without judgement or expectation. Really feel into it and what you wish to do.

Stuck emotions are fantastic to release in this way, however only do this if you feel ready and able

After you've carried this out, journal 📝 your thoughts on how you now feel. More may be released in the written word which will help.
