I’ve just had a lovely hour with a man who came to see me about his lower back pain.
We were chatting about his life and how retirement has come around quicker than he ever thought and he gave me two pieces of advice.

1 - Don’t fall out with people over silly things, it’s such a waste of time, energy and life!
And
2 - ALWAYS treat people how you expect to be treated because karma is a…….! 🤣

I think he is spot on and what a lovely hour it was too.

My job is the best and I love what I have created ☺️
