We're looking for a second act to join us for our Hatchmoor Nursing Home Summer fayre on Saturday 27th June.

We already have a singer performing, but we'd love to offer our residents, families, and visitors even more entertainment during the day. We're looking for approximately 40 minutes around of entertainment, such as:
🎵 Singers or musicians
🎭 Entertainers
🪄 Magicians
🐾 Animal encounters
🎪 Children's entertainers
💃 Dancers
🎸 Bands or duos
✨ Anything fun and engaging!

The fayre is raising money for charity, so if anyone would be willing to donate their time, we would be incredibly grateful. However, if you normally charge for appearances, please still get in touch as we may be able to help with costs.

🎉 Hatchmoor Mini Lotto! 🎉

This week, our staff and residents took part in a fun game of Hatchmoor Mini Lotto! 🍀

Everyone chose a number from 1 to 100, and once all the numbers had been picked, the balls were returned and one lucky number was drawn at random by one of our residents.

There was plenty of excitement as we waited to see who the lucky winner would be, and the winner received a special little treat! 🎁

It's always lovely to see everyone getting involved, having fun together, and sharing a few laughs along the way. 😊

📸 Smiles all around at Hatchmoor! 📸

We absolutely love hosting the wonderful Great Torrington School students, and we wanted to share a few highlights from their visits from the past few weeks! They have been joining us every Thursday, bringing so much energy and joy.

Here is a little insight to what we've been up to:

Session 2: Flexing our brain muscles with some teamwork Puzzles 🧩

Session 3: Getting competitive over classic Board Games 🎲

Session 4: Cracking the codes with Crosswords & Wordsearches ✏️

Session 5: Having a blast with Card Games 🃏

Session 6: Eyes down for a fantastic game of Bingo! 🔢

Session 7 (Today!): Spelling out some fun with a lively round of Scrabble 🔠

It has been such a wonderful experience for our residents, we are already looking forward to next Thursday!
