Moving more…. Building exercise into our everyday is an important habit.

There are so many easy ways to incorporate it around the house with no need for specialist equipment or memberships - did you know that gardening, vacuuming, a kitchen disco or washing the car all help to keep us moving more!

Fuelled by my earlier chilli & cheese Zaket I’ve committed to clean cars!
