This little picture got me thinking as I have lots of reasons to be grateful today, but top of the list is definitely the amazing people I get to call my inner circle of friends ❤️
You know you’ve found your real tribe when connection is just easy. No games, no high-school drama, and no one-sided effort, just genuine, reciprocal love, constant laughs, and mutual support.

🤔 Why is it that when children stop to pick up a weird rock, collect a pretty feather, point out shapes in the clouds, run through the forest or marvel at the moonlight, everyone finds it sweet and encourages it?

But as soon as we become adults, we're expected to just stop doing all of these things!

I still love every single one of these things, and honestly, more of us should. Taking a moment to appreciate the small, wonder-filled details of the world shouldn't end when childhood does. Bring back adult wonder! 🌿✨🪨☁️🌕

Soaking in all the good energy from an absolutely fabulous weekend! 🌲✨
Spent Saturday immersed in the woods for a peaceful nature meditation led by Polly at The Corner House Therapies. Then yesterday morning started with a glorious Qigong session with Jen from Sun and Moon Qigong, followed by a refreshing dip in the sea. 🌊🧘‍♀️

Happy Friday, everyone! 🎉✨

What a week it's been! From starting Monday with a gorgeous surprise bouquet of flowers 💐, to watching the incredible solar eclipse on Wednesday 🌕🌖🌑, and celebrating a very special 5th birthday with a party on Thursday 🎈🎂... my heart is so full!

After such a busy, magical week, I am so ready to take it slow over weekend.

The Universe Does Listen

I was given the most wonderful surprise last night, a gorgeous bunch of sunflowers from an equally gorgeous lady! 🌻✨

One simple act of kindness truly made my day. Strangely enough, I was actually looking at them in the supermarket at lunchtime and decided not to treat myself, but I guess the universe knew what I needed anyway. Feeling so grateful! 🥰❤️
