Just wanted to give a shout out to Chiropractor Yarmouth Dr Ryan!

I’ve been suffering with a painful and immobile right neck and shoulder for I said the past 6/9 months but realistically probably 18/24 months!!! I was recommended Ryan by a couple of my clients and have always been sceptical of the ‘click/crack’ chiropractic approach (worried it would hurt), I’m rubbish with pain!

6 weeks ago I was desperate to sort my pain having tried other Chiropractics, Massage, Bowen to name a few but no relief. I started my journey with Ryan he listened (and I mean really listened), he assessed my posture/body from every angle!! 😆. I had treatment cracked my neck, cracked my spine in a number of places, pulled my legs (unsure if I gained any height though 🤷🏻‍♀️) nothing hurt!! I walked away thinking how on earth is that going to help neck/shoulder pain. I have to say I spent the 3 following days feeling like I’d been hit by a bus…..😩. I contemplated not going back but Ryan’s reassuring words said it’ll get worse before you improve and bear with me for 6 weeks 🤦🏻‍♀️. I went once a week and I hit week 4 thinking this just isn’t working I feel no improvement and so deflated 🙁. I’d been suffering for months so ‘it’s not going to get better overnight’ I kept these words in my mind!

I’m now 6 weeks later my neck movement is virtually as it should be, no pain and I can actually talk to my grandchildren when they’re in the back seat of my car by looking at them (obvs when I’m not driving! 😆), which I haven’t been able to do for months. My shoulder pain has gone although we’re still working on range of motion of which 85% is better now. My clients will be pleased to know I’ve been peeled off the ceiling at times with the pain in my sciatic nerve in my glutes!!! How I hear them laughing!! Touché 😂😂 I’m sleeping better at night too. We’re still tweaking a few areas but I can say I’m virtually pain free and I’m so so grateful for the professional approach and expertise of Dr Ryan.
