Through a calming guided meditation and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and healing instruments, you'll be gently guided into a state of rest, balance and renewal.

🌕 The Buck Moon 🌕

The Buck Moon takes its name from the time of year when young male deer begin to grow their new antlers. Soft at first and covered in velvet, these antlers represent renewal, growth, strength, and the promise of what is yet to come.

Just as nature quietly transforms, this full moon invites us to reflect on our own journey. What have you outgrown? What new strengths are beginning to emerge within you? Even if they aren't fully formed yet, trust that something beautiful is developing beneath the surface.

Full moons are a wonderful time to pause, release what no longer serves you, and make space for fresh energy, new opportunities, and greater alignment with your heart.

Tonight, if you can, step outside for a few moments. Feel the moonlight on your skin, take a deep breath, and thank yourself for how far you've come. You don't have to have all the answers. Growth is a process, and like the antlers of the buck, your greatest strength is built little by little.

Sharing these evenings with such beautiful souls is always a privilege, and I truly hope you left feeling a little lighter, a little more peaceful, and reminded of the incredible light that already exists within you.

My 60 minute Thai Foot Massage is much more than a foot massage. The treatment includes the feet, ankles, and lower legs, working all the way up to the knees. I massage the tops, soles, and sides of the feet, helping to release tension, improve circulation, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed from head to toe.

Using traditional Thai massage techniques, I also work with a Thai reflex stick to gently stimulate specific reflex points on the feet. These points are believed to correspond with different areas of the body, encouraging balance and supporting your body's natural healing processes.

🍓🌕 There's something so special about a full moon.

Tonight's Strawberry Moon has always been linked with the sweetness of summer, when wild strawberries were ready to be picked. I love that it's less about the moon's colour and more about the season it represents... abundance, warmth, growth and appreciating the simple things.

Today we celebrate the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a beautiful reminder of the light that lives within each of us.

For thousands of years, people have gathered to honour the sun, giving thanks for growth, abundance, vitality and the life-giving energy that surrounds us. It is a time of expansion, confidence, creativity and stepping fully into who we are.

Just as nature is in full bloom, the Summer Solstice invites us to shine our own light a little brighter. To embrace our gifts. To follow what brings us joy. To laugh more, love more deeply, and allow our hearts to remain open and childlike.
