I’m so looking forward to playing my gong this evening for some lovely souls. ✨

If the energy has felt heavy lately, it’s because we’ve been moving through an eclipse doorway.

The Sun illuminated what we’ve outgrown, and as the Moon eclipsed the Sun, we were invited to see internally what had truly run its course in our lives. Since then, we’ve been in a two week period of processing, reflecting, and feeling our way through those changes.

Today, as the Moon reaches her peak and emotions rise to the surface, she will be eclipsed by the Earth’s shadow. In that moment of darkness and stillness, there is an invitation to let go. To trust that you have outgrown certain things, and even if you can’t yet see where life is leading you, you have the inner strength to keep walking forward with your head held high.

The frequencies of the gong are incredibly powerful for transmuting heavy energy. She shifts so much, so quickly and gently, and I’ve witnessed some beautiful transformations.

We’ll begin the evening with a cup of ceremonial cacao to soften into the heart space, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with our inner strength.

This isn’t a time for manifesting, it’s a time for releasing, creating space for what’s ready to arrive next.

Ceremonial cacao to open our hearts and connect to ourselves and be held in a safe container of protection , guidance through the oracle cards , and shift and move some of the stuck energy, old patterns old ways of thinking and doing with the power of my beautiful gong.

It’s a potent full moon eclipse,
What is it you need to release, what patterns are still repeating?
This eclipse finishes up a cycle of the past few years. What you continue to hold onto will be carried onto the next cycle .
Allow lady cacao to take you into that deeply relaxed state , and then whilst your nervous system calms through the vibrations of the gong the energetic walls you built in survival will drop away so that the energy contained within can start to release. As always we finish with oracle cards for guidance .

We are still in that eclipse corridor with the Luna eclipse happening this week.
I have a couple of appointments available Thursday for those that want to speed up the shift or the detoxing in the body to work with the eclipse energy.
Our muscles , cells, facia and joints etc hold all our past emotions and experiences . Having regular treatments help shift these before they become a problem which can lead to disease , illness, pain and stiffness . When we work with eclipse energy with treatments it speeds up the process of elimination.

Sept 2024 we had a rare eclipse cycle in Virgo Pisces , this was all about dismantling , letting go of things in our lives that no longer align with who we are becoming,

Weirdly it was Sept 2024 I went to wales to do a 5 day facilitator training course with ceremonial cacao which literally changed my life .
Coming back from that saw me change the way i done things , I’d always been a people pleaser saying yes when i meant no really never gaining in life the things i wanted and strangely 17 years ago in college we where warned about these patterns and how it would burn us out and destroy our business .
Well that facilitator training switched on all those previous teachings , I connected to the inner me and found my voice . What happened from then was so many profound changes which where uncomfortable I was burnt out low and on the edge of a breakdown, saying no actually asking for help , no longer getting drunk on weekends started putting energy to where it counted in me, my home life , and my business , .

This week ties up that cycle of dismantling and starts the real rebuilding and I’m already feeling that beautiful energy flowing.

What left your life was the stuff that was no longer aligned to who you are becoming . We all have lessons to go through so we now start a new cycle of lessons are you ready ?
No matter where you are everything you need is within all the power and the strength to overcome to grow and become everything you desire to be it’s all within . The cage is an illusion you hold the key. Do you want to be stuck in cycles of continuous loops and self sabotage or do you want to be in your power and embrace everything life has to offer. Use the last of this energy to let go before it switches.
