Today is a really bittersweet day for all of us at P+S Care and Support 💙🩷

Courtney was our very first Support Worker when we opened our doors and started this journey, and from day one she has been nothing short of amazing. Her dedication, compassion, loyalty and ability to make a difference to the people she supports has helped shape who we are as a company today.

This week we say goodbye as Courtney moves on to an exciting permanent role. Whilst we are absolutely gutted to see her go, we couldn’t be prouder or happier for her. It is so well deserved and a real reflection of how brilliant she is at what she does.
