After being mobile now for 6 full months I’ve grown the dealer network massively I’ve now around a dozen workshops & sales places that use me regularly by regular I mean 2-3 visits per week and maybe another dozen less frequent

The guys using me currently keep coming back time n time again so it’s working

Why choose a mobile diagnostic tech when I have staff I hear you say let me tell you

A dealer trained , IMI Level 3 , 3 franchise master tech with 25 years plus in trade is going to cost you upward of 50k a year
Plus holidays plus sick days plus only doing contracted hours

I charge by the hour , work around your schedule, attend customers homes or workplaces

When I diagnose a part I stand on my diag if I get wrong I’m coming back free of charge

A in house diag tech gets it wrong he’s shrugs his shoulders and wonders off leaving you with wrong parts and list time

A in house diag tech works 8 hours a day
Maybe a Saturday morning if your lucky

I work around you & your customers schedule at a time that suits ( within reason )

I can go and represent your business at the level you expect at there convenience at keeping cars on site lower freeing up more space for service & repair work

We carry multiple state of the art diagnostic tools and some dealer level tools giving us much more scope when it comes to finding issues on more technical modern vehicles

I invoice you not the customer leaving you a margin so your actual making money for making a phone call and still your customer thinks your the bees knees

Lead time massively reduced I know some of my garages are 2-3-4 weeks lead time , customers are loyal if you provide a good service but in a emergency if you can’t get them in they are forced to ring around if the man that takes the jobs does a good job you could potentially be looking all your service & repair work to him from then on costing you money in the long run
