The Sanctuary Healing Sauna Experience, is a private, one-to-one infrared sauna experience, lovingly created to support your body’s natural healing, calm the mind and nourish the spirit.

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the gentle embrace of infrared warmth. As the soothing heat gently penetrates the body, you are invited into a place of deep relaxation where tension begins to melt away, the nervous system settles and your own innate healing wisdom is gently awakened.

This is so much more than a sauna…
It is a sanctuary where you can simply breathe, let go and receive.
