Whew! We are back and into another year! 🤩

January course dates and the booking link are now live on my website, so if you fancy a gentle introduction (or reintroduction) to parent-baby classes, come along.

We slowly learn baby massage strokes and have a good chat about the adventures of parenthood each week, in a warm, calm and very baby-friendly space .

From one smiley mum, when we were discussing baby development and the ideas around weight gain ⭐️

Remember: parents can feel very conscious of their babies being or looking under- or overweight. The pressure is very real on many levels 💜

And as adults, we know it’s not a great feeling either - we are more than what our bodies look like, and small doesn’t always equal well + healthy.

Wow it’s been quite a while since I’ve posted on here! Thankfully courses are fully back and running now, available at regular capacity again and it’s been so very lovely meeting and speaking to parents and meeting their babies as the world heals together 💜

I’ll be sharing little nuggets of wisdom and words of reassurance that I hear each week from our discussions - some very touching and heartfelt, others that hopefully lift spirits with a little laugh.
